  • Ask questions and be genuinely interested in their lives, hobbies, and families.

Find Something with Which You Connect

Find something that you have in common. Inquisitive questions will eventually lead to something you have in common.

Go In That Direction

Continue to go in that direction with the connection topic to continue to build rapport.
